Please Note: This program is for all levels, shapes, and sizes.  And all we ask, is that you bring the desire to make a change.
  1. Participate in 3-5 strength and conditioning workouts per week.  Get great workouts, get motivated, and be coached by the Glaze Fitness Team.

  2. You will have the choice to workout at 5:00am, 7:00am, 8:30am M/T/W/Th/F or 5:30pm M/T/W/Th.

  3. Take a Pre and Post InBody Analysis (Body Composition Analyzer) plus circumference measurements to assess where you started and what you’ve accomplished.

  4. At the end we’ll measure your success and create a fitness plan to catapult more health and fitness goals!
